2024 Parade Entry Fees (Early-Bird Discount Opportunities)

Rockford, IL – February 24, 2024 – The Rockford Area Pride Committee has implemented a graduated rate schedule for entries in the upcoming Pride Parade, set for June 1, 2024 at 11:00am. This new pricing structure aims to incentivize early registration.

Currently, entry fees for the Pride Parade are set at $50 for non-profit and government organizations, and $100 for for-profit businesses, political entities, and other organizations. However, the Committee would like to inform potential participants of an upcoming adjustment in pricing starting in the month of April.

Beginning April 1, 2024, non-profit and government entry fees will rise to $60, while for-profit, business, and political entries will rise to $120. It is important to note that these adjustments are made to ensure the continued success and sustainability of the Pride Parade as well as to allow enough time to put together the parade lineup and communicate that to participants.

Late entries may still be accepted until May 7, 2024; however, a late fee will apply. Late entry fees will cost $75 for non-profits and $130 for business and political entities.

To submit an entry, interested participants can visit the Committee's website at RockfordAreaPride.org. The Committee encourages early submission to take advantage of the current pricing.
